For over a decade, Muhammad Azam Tariq has built a career across Dubai and Pakistan as a real estate strategist, investment advisor and youth mentor. He is RERA certified, the former Director of Sales at Cresco Real Estate and the founder of Better Developments.

His biggest leadership win? Building a truly international team and client base, bringing together people from more than 200 nationalities under one roof.

Now he's passing that experience on. Through mentorship, training and real industry exposure, Azam teaches young people the skills that actually move the needle: communication, negotiation, sales, investment analysis and leadership. The goal is simple. Help the next generation build confident, ethical and sustainable careers in real estate.

Through Better Developments, he's also working to raise the bar in Pakistan's property market with international standards, smarter development models and real transparency for investors.
